About the Founder: Paul R. Thomas
Paul Thomas lives in Suffolk, Virginia. His background extends from working as a Health Educator in Dallas, Texas, earning Seminary and Education degrees at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, teaching school and serving as Director of Outreach for a nonprofit ministry in Norfolk, Virginia, earning the Doctorate of Ministry degree at Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary in Norfolk, Virginia, to launching consulting firms in Suffolk, Virginia and Dallas, Texas. Dr. Thomas’ scholarly interests include research and change on a global basis. Presently he is a candidate for the PhD in Management and Organization Development at Walden University and the founding member of Acts One Eight Ministries, Incorporated.

Wanda Sellers is a native of South Carolina and lives in Hampton, Virginia. Wanda has served as a Commissioned Officer in the U. S. Navy for over 20 years. She received the Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and the Master of Art in Public Administration from Troy State University. Today Wanda is a Licensed Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate Incorporated, serves in the Navy Reserve, is a Physical Science Technician at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA, and serves as Board Member of Acts One Eight Ministries, Incorporated.
Edwin L. Dukes is a native of Ahoskie North Carolina. Edwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mathematics from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University and served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. He was then certified as an Acquisition Professional, Level III, Logistics Manager before retiring as a Federal Government employee. Since then Edwin has worked as a volunteer with the Three Oaks Center and Mental Health Authority of St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Today Edwin is a Council Elder of the Nottoway Indian Tribe of Virginia, Capron, Virginia and serves as Treasurer of Acts One Eight Ministries, Incorporated.
